INFORMATION ON TOWN PLANNING ACTIVITY IN THE NOVGOROD AREA IN CASE OF USING THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION TOWN PLANNING CODE

Implementation of the Town planning Code is impossible without creation and implantation of a town planning activity information provision. Information systems of town planning activity provision include materials in text, tables and in the form of maps, plans and schemes. The Civil Code substantiation of implementation, technology of creation and actualization of a base electronic map for the Novgorod area in scale of 1:100 000 in MAPINFO format is resulted. Application of the terrestrial materials, satellite geodetic technologies, advance maps and reference data is represented for actualization of remote sensing. Activity was executed in a close contact to committees and departments of the Novgorod region Administration.
